This is to announce that Tim Williams of Elmac Services has now retired from offering design consultancy and training in EMC.
It's been an interesting, entertaining and challenging 30 years, but I now feel that it's time to step back and find other pursuits. I thank all our customers and the delegates on training courses over the years for their stimulating and engaging discussions, and I hope that I've been able to pass on some of what I have learnt along the way.
The mains frequency and voltage project is still current; Books, Papers and Links pages will remain for now, the Contact page is still open and I'll respond to any queries that come along, but I don't propose to offer further in-house training courses or consultancy visits. On the other hand, I have put up a self-study course that was written a few years ago and which EMC newcomers may find useful - if you have any comments then feel free to pass them on and I will try to respond appropriately.
